STARTERS WAVE ONE Chicken & spring onion sushi roll (Japanese mushroom sushi roll). Salmon nigiri.

Cream of cauliflower soup, parmesan croutons, black truffle oil. Christmas spiced ham terrine, toasted brioche, and piccalilli. HOTRS prawn cocktail.

WAVE TWO Edamame beans, chilli and ginger dressing. Prawn tempura, sweet chilli sauce (Vegetable tempura). Satay chicken skewers (Halloumi skewers).

WAVE THREE Seared teriyaki beef, spring onions (Teriyaki tofu). Fragrant Thai fishcakes. Stir fried noodles. Bok choi, oyster sauce.

Caramelised baby shallot & Brock Hall Farm goat’s cheese tartlet, crisp beetroot salad, walnut crème fraiche. (All main courses served with seasonal vegetables)

SWEETS Dark chocolate torte, clementine ice cream, hazelnut praline. Vanilla panna cotta, white chocolate snow, mulled pears. Traditional Christmas pudding, brandy custard.
