Cinnamon Bun Smoothie Ingredients • 1 cup milk • 1 ripe banana • ½ cup plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt for added protein) • 1/3 cup dry milk powder (optional) • ¼ cup rolled oats • 1-2 tablespoons ground flaxseed • 2 teaspoons cinnamon • 2 teaspoons brown sugar • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract • 3 large ice cubes

Instructions Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
