DISCUSSION: On March 28, 2011, the Governing Body approved an Engineering Contract with Shafer Kline and Warren, for the Richards Drive, 77th Street to Seven Hills Lake storm drainage project. An Interlocal Agreement with Johnson County that provides partial reimbursement to the City for design and construction services is required. A memo and supporting documents are included.
