1990 Intergovernmental Agreement • The County created the Joint Sales Tax Fund as a Special Revenue Fund • Provided funding for jointly designated projects by annual agreement • Allowed Board & Council discretion to budget additional dollars in their respective budgets to defray project costs • Specified that revenues in excess of $250,000 remaining in the JST Fund at the end of the year be distributed equally to the City & County in the following year

New Revenues for 2017 • CDOT Grant Partner for capital purchase of a new 10 Passenger bus (8 seats and 2 wheelchair spots) Total cost was $63,400 and the grant paid 80% ($50,720) and the County paid 20% (12,680).
• Awarded the NO WRONG DOOR grant with the Area Agency on Aging and HCPF ($89,000) to expand access to long term services and supports for Seniors and adults with disabilities and to create a regional web-based data system called Network of Care to streamline information and referrals. 15
