AT-RISK MISSING JUVENILE ELK GROVE, CA – The Elk Grove Police Department is asking for the community’s help in locating an at-risk missing person, 17-year-old Angel Parra (photo attached), who was described by family members as being suicidal. Angel left his residence, located in the 9600 block of Lady Bird Court, earlier this evening around 8:15 p.m. after an argument with his parents. Prior to leaving his residence, Angel intentionally cut himself (described as a superficial injury) and made suicidal threats. He is described as a Hispanic male juvenile, 5’9”, 170 lbs., with curly black hair and brown eyes. Angel was last seen wearing a light blue sweater, black sweatpants, dark colored shoes and a camouflage backpack. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Angel Parra is asked to contact the Elk Grove Police Department Dispatch Center at (916) 691-5246.
