Clearview Services Achieves SCTRCA Certifications WBE, ESBE, and SBE Family Owned Window & Solar Panel Power Washing Company Committed to Customer Service 30 Years Running July 1, 2017 – San Antonio, Texas – Clearview Services, Inc., a family owned and operated window, solar panel, power washing and gutter cleaning Company in San Antonio; is pleased to announce it has achieved the SCTRCA’s (South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency) certifications of WBE, ESBE, and SBE. The SCTRCA certifications represent the following credentials and are achieved through a rigorous application process. The WBE (Women-Owned Business Enterprise) certification indicates a Business structure that is owned, operated and controlled by one or more women who have a total of at least 51% or more ownership. The ESBE (Emerging Small Business Enterprise) certification is for Businesses whose annual revenues and number of employees are no greater than 25% of the small Business size standards for its industry as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration. The SBE (Small Business Enterprise) certification represents a Business structure that is formed with the purpose of making a profit, which is independently owned and operated and that meets the United States Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for a small Business. “Achieving these certifications means a great deal to us for our customers.
