The school year is in full swing and the PTA has been busy with its many programs, activities, fundraising events and sponsored educational enrichments. FALL CLOTHING DRIVE WAS A SUCCESS! Thanks to all who donated to the Fall PTA Clothing Drive, 12,535 lbs. of clothing and were collected!

Relay for Life Auction The Clinton Township Middle School is sponsoring the Fifth Annual Relay for Life on Friday, February 20th at CTMS from 6:00-9:00 PM. This is a wonderful way to raise money for the American Cancer Society, which is leading the way in the fight against cancer. Help us top our previous fundraising efforts! Teams are forming now and fundraising has begun- get involved- go to our website: CTMS RFL Site This year’s organizers have adopted the theme of “Night at the Movies” to add some extra fun- they’ve been working hard to make this a fun and meaningful event. Penny Auction is Coming Soon! Auction Mark your calendars for the Annual Penny Auction! The Penny Auction is an exciting fundraising event for the 7th Grade class. This year’s auction will be held at Clinton Township Middle School on Friday, March 20, 2014. Keep an eye out for more info and join us for a night of fun and great prizes!!!
BoxTops and Labels for Education! Did you know our schools participate in the Box Tops for Education and Labels for Education programs? This is a great way to earn money for our school! Just clip the box tops or labels with these logos on a variety of products and turn them in to the bins at any of the schools- no need to separate. We also participate in the Extreme Label Challenge. SCIENCE NIGHT for Grades 3 through 6
Wednesday, March 25, 2015 7-8:30 PM ROUND VALLEY SCHOOL ALL-PURPOSE ROOM Mark your calendars for a night of science fun! This year’s event will be filled with exciting hands-on demonstrations plus special presentations from outside organizations! Our guest demonstrators will include the Somerset Patriots, the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, America’s Grow-A-Row, the 4-H Robotics club, South Branch Veterinary, Star Labs and more! Like in previous years, we’ll need parent and high school volunteers to help with the evening’s activities and to run experiments. If you would like to join in the fun, please contact Anne Herzog (

[email protected]). Pizza and drinks will be provided to our volunteers. Keep and eye out for flyers to be sent home at the end of February with more details about the event…we look forward to seeing you there!!

Book Fair follow-up! Thank you to everyone who helped make the Scholastics Book fair a success. We couldn’t have done such a great job without all of our fantastic volunteers!
