Wine Recommendation Saint-Véran 2015 £34.00 Clos Du Château, Domaine Des Poncetys It is stylistically close to Pouilly-Fuissé, with its golden hue, its greenish reflection and its refreshing taste. The aromas are reminiscent of the ripe Chardonnay grape, with subtle notes of musk. A pleasant roundness coats the palate.

Crozes - Hermitage 2016 - £25.50 Petite Ruche, M. Chapoutier An excellent Shiraz-based red from the Northern Rhone.. No oak is used in this wine's production, which maintains a vivid fruit character. Intense ruby-purple colour. Ripe blackberry aromas dominate the nose, and are supported by subtle sage-like hints. Supple tannins give a round shape to the medium-weight, smooth-textured palate. .
