Club Panasonic Limited Edition Notebook Giveaway Terms and Conditions: Before entering our Giveaway, please spend a few minutes to read the following Terms and Conditions. By entering this Giveaway, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you have agreed to them. They are binding on all participants. 1. The Giveaway is organized by PANASONIC MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. (26975-W) hereinafter referred to as "PANASONIC". 2. The Giveaway will run from 1st December 2015 and while stocks last. 3. This Giveaway is open to all Malaysian residents, aged 18 years and over at the time of the entry. Employees of PANASONIC, their immediate families, organizers, suppliers, agencies, participating dealers, and service providers and/or persons living in the same household are ineligible to enter the Giveaway and if found to have entered the Giveaway, their entry/ entries will be cancelled immediately. 4. Only submissions which are compliant with the Giveaway’s Terms and Conditions shall be eligible for this Giveaway for the items. 5. The limited edition notebook will be mailed to winner’s address along with the purchased Panasonic product via Online Store. 6. The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by Malaysian law.
How To Participate: 1. Participant will have to: a) Purchase a minimum of RM100 Panasonic product from the Online Store only in ONE(1) single receipt. b) Participants may combine cash with e-Points to accumulate the minimum RM100 amount. Example: Purchase a RM100 product with RM20 and 8,000 e-Points 2. Full e-Points redemption is not permissible and will not be counted as a valid entry. Example: Purchase a RM100 product with 10,000 e-Points.
The Winners: 1. There will be a total of ONE HUNDRED (100) winners to receive the limited edition notebooks.
2. Only the first 100 valid purchases that adhere to the above clause 1 and 2 under 'How To Participate' will be rewarded with the limited edition notebook(s). 3. PANASONIC's decision on the winners is final and PANASONIC will not entertain any dispute from any party once winners are finalized. PANASONIC’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Giveaway will be final, not be questioned and no correspondence shall be entertained. 4. Each winner is only entitled to ONE (1) Giveaway item per single receipt. 5. Each winner will each receive ONE (1) Limited Edition Panasonic / Olympic Notebook. 6. PANASONIC is entitled to replace the Giveaway item with another item of similar value at any time without any prior notice. 7. PANASONIC may or may not publish the names of the winners on the website of the Giveaway and it is PANASONIC’s absolute discretion if they choose to do so or not, and their decision is final.
Basis for Disqualification: 1. PANASONIC reserves the right to disqualify a participant if external scripts or bots or any automated means have been used to take part in the giveaway or if we have any reason to suspect the participant intentionally breaks the Giveaway mechanics or uses any means to bypass or hijack the system application. 2. Participants who provide incomplete details in the submission form will be automatically disqualified. 3. Should PANASONIC or the Giveaway Organizers be aware of any fraud, deceit or any similar action undertaken in any way in connection with the Giveaway or otherwise, or the Participant’s entry may give rise to an adverse effect on the Giveaway, PANASONIC reserves the right to forfeit the Participant’s entry without any reason or notice.
General Terms and Conditions: 1. By entering this Giveaway, all participants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept the Terms and Conditions, and the decisions made by the organizers and by PANASONIC are final and binding. 2. PANASONIC will not be responsible or liable for any delay and/or failure in receiving the entry form as a result of any network, communication or system error, interruption and/or failure experienced by the Participant’s internet provider and/or failure resulting from the Participant’s usage of any materials in the Giveaway. The reasons above are not exhaustive. 3. PANASONIC reserves the right to change or terminate this Giveaway at any time without reason or prior notice.
4. PANASONIC reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of this Giveaway, at any time without prior notice. 5. The Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other goods and are non-transferable. PANASONIC reserves the right to vary or substitute the Prizes without any prior notice and will not be responsible or viable for any delay and/or failure in receiving, sending and whatsoever regarding the mentioned Giveaway Prize. 6. PANASONIC, its employees and all its organizers shall have no liability whatsoever for any losses, injuries, claims, damages or expenses arising out of, or in connection with this Giveaway or the use of the Prize. 7. All matters and disputes arising out of or in relation to this Giveaway shall be subject to PANASONIC making the decision and all decisions made are final and shall be binding. 8. Participants agree to allow PANASONIC to collect personal information in order to conduct the Giveaway and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and Prize suppliers. In light of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, we take the Protection of your Personal Data seriously and wish to highlight that all Participants agree that the information used by them to enter this Giveaway shall be used by PANASONIC and all related parties connected to this Giveaway for the Giveaway only. Please do not join if you cannot agree to this. 9. All details and other restrictions of this Giveaway not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be determined by PANASONIC at their sole discretion.
