CoCreate and Creo Elements/Direct products are tested on the latest operating system service pack available at the time of release. Because system requirements define a minimum operating system service pack, a newer Microsoft service pack should not affect CoCreate and Creo Elements/Direct products.

However, we cannot guarantee the correct functioning of CoCreate and Creo Elements/Direct products on newer operating system service packs. If CoCreate or Creo Elements/Direct products are incompatible with the newest service pack, we will attempt to remove the incompatibilities in the next service pack or major release of its products.
