The balance of whatever is left of your arrival day is for recuperation after your long journey to Johannesburg. Day 2 starts in Pretoria and over the following 19 days you’ll visit Bandelierkop, Limpopo, Mokopane, Polokwane (Pietersburg) Valdezia, Fort Edward, Mooketsi, Duiwelskloof, Kapama, Onverwacht (Bannkop), Kaalhoek, Entombe River Drift, Holbane, Kambula, Isandlwana, Fugitives Drift, Rorkes Drift, Majuba, Elandslaagte, Wagon Hill, Caesar’s Camp, Three Tree Hill, Drakensberg Mountains, Spioenkop, Groenkop, Bethlehem, Graspan (Reitz), Leeuwkop, Yeomanry Hill Orange River Colony, Bothaville, Vredefort, Elands River, Koster River, Kedar Estate, Ditsong National Museum of Military History, to Day 21 the sights of Johannesburg before departure . This amazing journey through both the Anglo–Zulu and South African (Boer) War battlefields will have limited availability due to the areas being visited and their accessibility. It will be fully escorted with many local battlefield guides joining along the route to add their specialised knowledge of specific battles and skirmishes fought. You’ll have personal access to some of the best battlefield historians and guides of the area as you traverse these historic sites.
