Commonwealth Big Lunch Permissions Letter As you are aware Barn Croft Primary will be receiving a royal visit from Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cornwall on Tuesday 13th March. We need parents to confirm their wishes for arrangements for the day. Photograph and film permissions On the day there will be photographs and film taken by both national and local press for public broadcast and we need your permission for your child to be included. If you do not wish your child to be in these film or photographs they will still be able to enjoy the visit but we will need to position them out of range of the cameras. Please clearly complete your wishes on the below slip below for your child. Lunch Arrangements All children will be having an early packed lunch on this day which can either be provided by our school kitchen at your normal charges or brought in from home. We will need to know which option your child will be having this day so please clearly indicate on the slip below. Please complete and return this form before Friday 9th March.
