TITLE: COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR STATUS: FULL-TIME; 32+ HRS/WK; some nights and weekends EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT: BA/BS DEGREE OR EQUIVELENT EXPERIENCE Future Neenah is a non-profit that exists to bring people and community together with one common goal: Improve the Economic and Cultural Vitality in the Greater Neenah Area. We are a 501(c)3 that is dedicated to progressive business development, a thriving Downtown, and providing free community events. Future Neenah is not membership based or government funded- we are solely funded by the generosity of our community. JOB DESCRIPTION This position requires a broad skill set centered on office management as it relates to serving the community. KEY CONTACT FOR PEP (Partner Employment Portal) which will include outreach to major businesses across the Fox Cities and customer support for the portal ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES AS ASSIGNED (FINANCIAL &OFFICE MANAGEMENT) PROMOTE FUTURE NEENAH SERVICES TO COMMUNITY FUNDRAISING: -Ensure proper tracking and relationship management of donors and sponsors through the donation database while ensuring timely invoicing and acknowledgement of donations -Develop new ways to engage donors and broaden our donor base -Seeking and writing grants -Manage and increase the visibility of online giving opportunities

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:  

PUBLIC RELATIONS- FIRST POINT OF CONTACT AT THE OFFICE; WRITING PRESS RELEASES; SOCIAL MEDIA SUPPORT UPDATE WEBSITE & DIGITAL DISPLAY

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE The ideal candidate will have a willingness to work hard and gain new skills in an ever changing environment. Abilities that include being self-motivated, good at problem solving, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a close knit team are key. Candidate must also possess a willingness to work in an outdoor environment for events and the ability to lift approximately 25 lbs.
