Project Bionic is a comprehensive Social Media Marketing Agency. Currently located in the eccentric Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, we employ a small but rabid team of account executives, creative writers, branding specialists, analytics experts, raconteurs, scalawags and amateur rodeo clowns. Outwardly, Project Bionic is unconcerned with superficial proclamations. Internally, we utilize a number of thorough processes that can be summed up as a symbiotic system of checks and balances. This ensures that we avoid stasis and always improve. We care about one thing: excellence. It’s that simple. If we aren’t excellent in every facet of our operation, we’ve failed.

We are currently seeking patient, focused, detail-oriented candidates to join our Community Management team.

Position Summary

As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a client base in tandem with our account management, analytics and creative teams. This includes real-time monitoring of social platforms, spearheading outreach efforts, fine-tuning strategy to maximize engagement, and scheduling outgoing content across multiple platforms.

Applicants must be highly organized, flexible, innovative and adept at multi-tasking. Writing skills and an eye for proper grammar are essential. Our work is fun, but it is high-volume and rooted in minutiae. Aspiring Community Managers should thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand, everchanging environment, and be able to keep track of loose ends in the process.

Detailed Daily Responsibilities Include: • • • • • • • • • • •

Conduct all Twitter outreach tweets, including keyword and influencer Create and manage all Twitter lists, including influencers, partners, etc. Create and maintain Twitter keyword search terms Write, schedule and generate content for daily outgoing proactive tweets Schedule all client content on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn at optimal posting times Interact with fan base to encourage further content engagement once posted Reply to all customer service inquiries on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram in real-time Conduct Instagram outreach Manage and implement social campaigns and giveaways Reputation monitoring: respond appropriately to client reviews on Yelp, Google Plus and TripAdvisor Write Twitter strategies for new clients
