What participants from previous programmes have said: “We have been through a lot of change as an organisation and have been provided with support from various places. I got the best value and support from my mentor and this mentoring programme.” “The one-to-one support with my mentor and meetings with other mentees through this mentoring programme has been some of the most useful support I have received.” “You just cannot know at the outset how much you are going to get from being part of a mentoring relationship. It is a warm and mutually beneficial learning experience.” “A fantastic experience, with benefits which will make a huge impact and be long lasting.
