INTRODUCTION AMKOGLOBAL Ltd was registered in 2011 and is involved in roads, building construction and general commercial business in the Republic of Ghana. We are also involved in surface and alluvial mineral exploration.

AMKOGLOBAL Ltd was founded on the idea that maintaining satisfied customers is essential to the financial health of the company. With this in mind, the company works hard to ensure that all of our customer’s expectations are exceeded in all transactions. To maintain a presence within the Ghanaian and West African sub-region and close relationships to customers, we seek to be an active member of the local and the international market and indulge in the participation and sponsorship of popular activities and programs.

MANAGEMENT TEAM Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Mr. Kingsford Amoako

He is a Chartered Management Accountant by profession and has a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Leicester in the UK. He has an extensive working experience in the public and private sector spanning over thirty (30) years in Ghana and UK. Mr. Amoako has a lot of project management experience in the Building Construction, Waste Water Engineering Systems, and Housing Management. He is an excellent leader with man-management skills and strategically focused. He has attended many courses locally and international. Head of Construction - Thomas N.K. Awuah (Maj. Rtd.)

Major Awuah is a civil engineer, graduated from the University of Science and Technology in 1985 and has over thirty (30) years construction experience. He is a member in good standing of the Ghana Institute of Engineers. Major (Rtd.) Awuah heads the construction

division of AMKOGLOBAL Ltd involving Roads, Building Construction, Maintenance and Waste Water Engineering Systems. Among his varied managerial experiences are Municipal Engineer for the New Juabeng Municipal Assembly (20012005) and supervision of contract for the construction of a Military Barracks in Kumasi. He was Metropolitan Engineer at Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA) for the overall contract supervision and management of AfDB funded projects including sewage treatment, plants, public and school toilets, office buildings etc. from 2005 to 2012. Works Manager - Victor Aryee

Victor Aryee is a seasoned architectural and building technician with a high IT and AutoCAD skills. Having had a tertiary education abroad, write and speaks fluent English and French and has excellent communication skills. He has been involved in exciting and complex architectural designs for organisations in the public and private sectors. He has worked as a CAD Draughtsman for over eight (8) years and head of construction with Societe Sahelienne de Construction Sosaco BTC in Niger from 2010 to 2014.

Head, Quantity Surveying and Building Technology – Mr. Alex Anim Boateng

Mr Boateng is a quantity surveyor by profession. He has a Higher National Diploma in Building Technology and a BSc. In Quantity Surveying from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). As a quantity surveyor, he has worked for many companies including Excellent Building Construction Limited with the responsibility for several schemes at differing stages. He has been at the forefront of the construction and refurbishment of major building projects, civil engineering works and environmental projects not least the Administration Block & Hostel facility for the University of Health and Allied Sciences, Ho, and the Head Office for Sino Africa Development Ghana Ltd. He has a proven track record of minimizing the cost of a project and enhancing value for money, while still achieving required standards and quality.

Head of Human Resource and Administration - Portia Etuah

Ms. Portia ETUAH is the Company Secretary of AMKOGLOBAL Ltd. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Political Science from University of Ghana and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management option. She has excellent interpersonal and people management skills and is responsible for the human resource and administration of the company. Technology Officer – Eric Asare Amoako

Mr Amoako is in charge of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) division of the company. With his educational background from GIMPA and his experience with companies like NCR Ghana and iGwet Teleco Solutions he adds to the team a solid technological input. He is well updated and current in the affairs of computer technology.

SERVICES Building Construction

AMKOGLOBAL is involved in designs and construction of residential and commercial buildings, hotels and rehabilitation of run-down properties including storage sheds, depots and warehouse to clients’ specifications, anywhere in the country. We provide advice from start to finish on land acquisition, architectural designs (suitable for our climate), building permits and all related issues. Our objective is to use state of the art building innovations to create smarter, safer and value for money homes to meet clients’ budget. We also have a focus on developing small-medium gated communities at affordable prices for individuals and organizations across district capitals and towns within the country. General construction experience

Our team of professionals have varied experiences in this field totalling over eighty-five (85) years. A major strength of AMKOGLOBAL is its ability to handle both small and major projects which are of a complex nature, involving multi-disciplinary teams. This means that our staff are accustomed to working across discipline boundaries and

can therefore actually handle such complex issues as environmental, social and economic impact studies. Broad areas covered by us includes
