1. The competition runs from 1 – 31 March 2015. 2. The competition is open to all South African citizens except directors, partners, employees, agents, service providers, family members of Spring Fiesta and the SABC. 3. Competition entrants must be 18 years or older. 4. Entrants must be in possession of a valid South African Identity Document. 5. SABC1 will have 2 questions 6. Direction on which key to use will be given on the promo on a weekly basis for each question 7. 8. Correct entries received by the advertised deadlines will be considered for the draw. Any late entries received will not be taken into consideration. 9. 12. Winners will be drawn by an automated draw system and the qualifying individual will be contacted by the SABC to verify the entry details and eligibility of the entrant. Winners will be required to provide their: name & surname, ID number, address. 13. The winner/s, who is not contactable by phone, after the closing date/time, will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn. Viewers will be called 3 times, should there be no answer after the third attempt the channel will move on to another entrant. 14. The winners details will be announced on SABC 1 Mzansi FO SHO and also posted on SABC1’s website, 15. The SABC and its agents accept no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or any late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible or corrupted entries. The SABC and its agents are not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any other consequences of user error. 16. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The SABC and its agents will not be held responsible for any disputes arising from the competition or prize award/s. 17. Prizes are not transferable, and cannot be deferred or exchanged. 18. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them when entering the competition. 19. The SABC and its agents reserve the right to cancel, modify or amend the competition at any time, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control. 20.
