1. Competition runs from Monday 5 October 2015 and ends on 31 December 2015 2. The Trip takes place from 27 to 30 November 2015. 3. The competition is open to all South African citizens except directors, partners, employees, agents, service providers, family members of OH Ship and the SABC. 4. Competition entrants must be 18 years or older. 5. Entrants must be in possession of a valid South African passport. 6. The competition is entered by sending the keyword OH SHIP and the answer to the competition question to short-code: 33121. 7. Correct entries received by the advertised deadlines will be considered for the draw. Any late entries received will not be taken into consideration. 8. Each SMS will be charged at R1.00, free SMS’es are not applicable. 9. The competition prize is: An All-expenses paid trip on Board “OH SHIP 2015” for 3 winners plus their partners, the trip includes return flights (from the place of departure), shuttle, airport taxes, baggage services fee, travel insurance, spending money per person (R200 per day) and VIP accreditation throughout the OH Ship Cruise 10. A detailed ‘prize letter’ will be provided to the winner of the competition. 11. Valid travel documents will be required to be eligible for travel within the stipulated period. Failure to have these will result in the winner being disqualified. 12. Winners will be drawn by an automated draw system and the qualifying individual will be contacted by the SABC to verify the entry details and eligibility of the entrant. Winners will be required to provide their: name & surname, ID number, address and required. 13. The winner, who is not contactable by phone, after the closing date/time, will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn. 14. The winners details will be announced on “Live Amp” on SABC 1 Mzansi FO SHO and also posted on SABC1’s website, 15. The SABC and its agents accept no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or any late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible or corrupted entries. The SABC and its agents are not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any other consequences of user error. 16. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The SABC and its agents will not be held responsible for any disputes arising from the competition or prize award/s. 17. Prizes are not transferable, and cannot be deferred or exchanged. 18. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them when entering the competition. 19. The SABC and its agents reserve the right to cancel, modify or amend the competition at any time, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
