Media release Complete takeover of SLE quality engineering Komax is acquiring the remaining 40% of SLE quality engineering with retroactive effect from 1 January 2015. SLE quality engineering has continued to enjoy strong development since Komax took its first stake of 30% in March 2011 and a further 30% as of 1 January 2014. As part of a staggered succession plan, Komax is now acquiring the remaining 40% holding in the company with effect from 1 January 2015. SLE has around 70 employees. SLE develops and produces semi-automatic equipment for processing coaxial cables and four-wire lines for highfrequency data transfer, micrograph laboratories and crimp force monitoring systems. Komax and SLE will be intensifying their successful collaboration and further expanding their joint activities.
