This project was for the refurbishment of the first floor of their offices in Birmingham. We co-ordinated all site work during the contract period, to include on and off site management,
supervision, health and safety, H&S file preparation, communication, plant, temporary protection and programming. The works were completed in 2 continuous phases:
We undertook the complete strip-out / demolition and internal refurbishment to create new rooms all in accordance with drawings and Room Data sheets We supplied and installed new hard wearing work tops and laboratory furniture within the new laboratories We also included for the complete strip out of the existing mechanical & electrical installations and the installation of new mechanical & electrical systems in accordance with the Room Data Sheets:
