We have spacious, modern meeting rooms combined with comfortable business accommodation and a friendly team. 60 acres of parkland and formal gardens create a perfect venue for a variety of events and activities - including real clay shooting and motorised team-building.

The Downshire Room This is our largest meeting room and has recently been refurbished offering state of the art conference facilities, including:

FLOOR PLAN AND BUILDING LAYOUT We have a total of 19 conference and meeting rooms, offering a variety of layouts and sizes - suitable for anything from 2 to 160+ delegates. In addition, we have extensive grounds that are suitable for outdoor activities, team-building or events up to 1500 people.

A member of our Management and Porter team will meet and greet the tutor at the beginning of the course and be available to give assistance throughout the event (including technical assistance where necessary).

ROOM CAPACITIES All meeting rooms include the standard equipment required for most conferences or events, including a projector or plasma screen for computer presentations, notepads and pens for delegates and a flipchart stand with pads and marker pens. We also include Bottle Green cordials and our own Eceau bottled water.

Events and Team-Building With 60 acres of parkland and formal gardens, we are able to offer a wide variety of special events, family fun days, motorised activities and team-building. In addition, we host large car shows (up to 5,000 people) and hold a firearms licence for real clay shooting. We work closely with specialist companies to ensure that your event runs smoothly, maximising the benefits to your team and business. Following a busy day of activities, finish off the day with a barbeque or hog roast on the back terrace with some garden games.
