Connecticut Nonprofit Compensation Study (Second Edition) Pages 5 - 17 collect salary data for more than 100 positions. Please follow these guidelines: Report data for: 1. Connecticut employees only 2. Compensation as of 09/30/10 3. Full-time employees only (no contract, per-diem, or PT employees) 4. Base salary/hourly pay - Do not include overtime, piecework, bonus payments, or shift premiums. HOW TO MATCH SURVEYED POSITIONS TO YOUR EMPLOYEES' JOB TITLES Your employees' job titles will not always match this surveys job titles. You must match jobs based on the job descriptions provided. 1. Download the list of job families, job titles, and job descriptions being surveyed (URL provided on page 1). 2. Match your employee titles to the job that best describes at least 75% of the responsibilities of your employee. Skip those employees that do not have a match. 3. Obtain compensation data (you may use the paper copy of this survey from the URL listed on page 1 to prepare to enter the data for the next pages.) 4.
