Sweepstakes Timing: The #ConvergysChatsAI Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 3:00 P.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 15, 2017 and ends at approximately 04:00 P.M. ET on November 15, 2017 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). 2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. How to Enter the Sweepstakes: During the Sweepstakes Period: (1) go to Twitter and follow both @Convergys & @TamaraMcCleary; and (2) participate in the chat with Convergys and Tamara McCleary (the “Chat”) by answering questions via Twitter using the following #ConvergysChatsAI hashtag. Any individual wishing to enter the Sweepstakes must follow all of the above instructions in order to be considered a valid entrant in the Sweepstakes (an “Entrant”). Should multiple users of the same Twitter account enter the Sweepstakes and a dispute thereafter arise regarding the identity of the Entrant, the authorized account holder of the Twitter account at the time of entry will be considered the Entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned an Twitter account by Twitter. Entrants may not use any device or artifice to enter as multiple Entrants more than once. Automated Entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification. 4. Winner Selection: There will be one (1) winner selected at random from: (a) the first ten (10) Entrants to answer a question posed during the Chat; and (b) the last ten (10) Entrants to answer a question posed during the Chat. Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified by direct message in Twitter. If the potential winner of the Prize cannot be contacted or the Prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits his/her Prize. Receiving the Prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the Prize to an alternate winner.
