The UAS BFI Vienna is a management and economics university of applied sciences which combines excellence in teaching and an international orientation. Our International Office, which coordinates the international activities of the UAS BFI Vienna, is offering the following part-time, temporary position (1 August 2017 to 31 December 2017):

Coordinator of Incoming Student Mobility (30 hours/week) Key responsibilities: • • • • • •

Ongoing support for incoming students Preparation of information material for incoming students Planning and organization of events and information sessions for incoming students Maintenance of the Mobility-Online database Documentation of incoming mobility Liaising with Erasmus Student Network (ESN) und communication with ESN

Your profile: • Excellent English language skills • Good German language skills • High intercultural competence • International experience (e.g. international semester, “buddy” activities, ESN membership) or knowledge of the Erasmus+ program • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Experience in event planning and organization • Ability to work in teams We offer: We support you in your professional and personal development and offer you a self-determined work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
