If you are registering for the Group category, please provide the cosplay name, contestant names, email and signature of each cosplayer in the competing group on the back of this form. Please provide a brief description of your cosplay(s); This section should consist of any information you want the judges to know before prejudging. Include special stage requests (if any).

I (or parents) understand that cosplay contestants photograph will be taken and displayed for the Event Website and marketing purposes. This is an open genre costume contest, meaning there are no restrictions regarding the source material of a competing cosplay. All entries are strongly encouraged to bring reference material for their costume(s). While we will not turn away entries that do not bring reference material, it is very helpful! Not all judges know all characters, so reference material is in everyone’s best interest Cosplays being entered in the Adult, Youth, of Group categories can be store‐bought, commissioned, or made by the contestant. One costume entry per person. The judges reserve the right to move a contestant from the Adult, Youth or Group categories at their discretion. A parent or guardian must accompany all contestants in the Youth category (age 12 or under) for the Cosplay Contest presentation. Contestants may not enter a costume that has won an award from the same convention the year prior. If you have a question about exceptions to this rule, please contact us.

All costumes must abide by the rules of IMAGINE Event Concepts, WeDiscoverGeeks, and/or Eccentric Quarterly Cosplay Policy and Weapons Policy. If a policy violation is discovered by any of the convention staff or judges panel, that entry will be disqualified. All contestants MUST fill out and submit an entry form. A valid convention badge will be required. No contest entries will be accepted once judging has begun at 2:00pm. All decisions made by the judges are final. All prizes will be awarded at the conclusion of the contest. Any prize not claimed by the conclusion of the Cosplay Contest will be forfeited. Any item or activity that presents the possibility of damage to the entrants, their costumes, the audience, or the facility is prohibited. Any participant may be disqualified from the contest for failure to observe any of these rules.
