A copy of the registered costume owner’s valid form of picture ID should be attached. Only the registered costume owner or the specifically authorized person will be permitted to collect your costume and wristband. Anyone collecting a costume must present a valid form of picture ID of themselves at the time of collection. Costumes remain the property of XHOSA BARBADOS until paid in full and collected.
