Get ors Outdo
s ie it iv t c A & s t n e v E e id s y Countr in North Norfolk
We are very excited to launch our first Get Outdoors events & activity brochure. Each year our team, based at Holt Country Park, organises and delivers outdoor events for the local community and visitors to the district to enjoy. These events promote regular use and general awareness of our parks and open spaces, provide countryside education to the community, and help make the service sustainable into the future. They are a valuable and enjoyable part of the work we do and we want to build on this to ensure that as many people as possible can access events which they enjoy.
This brochure covers the second half of 2018, with the next brochure due out towards the end of the year covering January-June 2019. All events and activities will be listed on our Holt Country Park Facebook page, regardless of the location, so please do make sure you have Liked our page to ensure you stay up to date with all the events you are interested in. Tickets for most events can be bought at www.north-norfolk.gov.uk/book, and there is an option to receive regular updates about our events and the service in general.
We have a range of events & activities on offer between now and the end of the year. Some of the many highlights include: l a chance to visit our Break Charity GoGo Hare l our 6th annual Fun Day Out l beach-based marine awareness events l Holt Country Park photography competition l Spooky Halloween Trails l Father Christmas events We hope that you will be able to join us at our events over the coming months, and we welcome any feedback you may have about an event you have attended with us, or ideas we might like to consider in the future.
