Accuplacer/ALEKS The Accuplacer exam consists of three sections if given at your high school: Reading Comprehension, Sentence Skills, and Math. Talk to a high school counselor to see if the Accuplacer exam is offered at your high school. The Accuplacer exam can also be taken at a UVU Testing Center. Accuplacer Tests given at UVU testing sites have two sections: Reading Comprehension and Sentence Skills. ALEKS placement tests are available at UVU testing sites for math placement. UVU Testers may take the entire Accuplacer exam or appropriate sections needed for specific placement. Three retakes are permitted within a six week period, with those retakes being at least one day apart.
