Courtney Brown Prof. Brown earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania. He went on to work with AT&T at their Red Hill Bell Laboratories while completing a Master of Science followed by a certification in Project Management. He is co-chair of the Business and Technology Department at Merritt College and has developed several projects for startup companies.
