Theme tours of Zagreb 1. Main attractions of the city with inevitable coffee and hanging out (3 hours) The tour begins with the Old Lady of Zagreb – Funicular. The tour continues in the Upper Town with the tale and breath-taking views of Kaptol and the Lower Town. Afterwards we visit one of the city’s symbols – Mirogoj cemetery, one of the world’s most beautiful eternal resting places, a masterpiece of Hermann Bollé, the renovator of the Zagreb Cathedral and St. Mark’s Church. Then we go back to the centre to look at the architecture, the National Theatre and other Zagreb attractions with inevitable coffee drinking and hanging out. 2. Vino & gastro tour (4 hours) Tastes of Zagreb! The tour begins with short sightseeing of the Lower and Upper Town, including short breaks with wine tasting and degustation of local products. There is a cooking class and lunch after the tour. 3. Evening tour with a night out (3 hours) This unique tour will give you an opportunity to discover some of the mystical tales of the old Zagreb and enjoying a spectacular evening view of the lower part of the city. After a walk we visit some of the best nights caffes in Zagreb.

Full day excursions around Zagreb 1. Trakošćan Castle and the baroque city of Varaždin – excursion with lunch (includes transport, lunch, entrance fee to Trakošćan Castle, guide) The excursion begins with Trakošćan Castle from the 16th century: a tour of the castle’s interior and a walk along the beautiful lake. The excursion proceeds to the baroque city of Varaždin and the tour of the city’s sights: Cathedral, City Theatre, City Hall, Sermage Palace, Old Town Castle, city cemetery from the 18th century, one of the pearls of garden architecture and natural monuments. Lunch and delighting in excellent local food. After lunch, return to Zagreb. 2. Kumrovec – Veliki Tabor - Krapina – excursion with lunch (includes transport, lunch, entrance fees: Kumrovec Old Village, Veliki Tabor Castle, Krapina Neanderthal Museum, guide) The excursion begins in Kumrovec Ethno Village, museum and the birthplace of one of the greatest statesmen of Europe and world, the legendary Tito, president of former Yugoslavia. Following that, we drive to Veliki Tabor Castle, pertaining to the highest category of monuments. After lunch, we go to Krapina and visit the new Krapina Neanderthal Museum. Plitvice Lakes National Park and Rastoke (includes transport, entrance fee to Plitvice Lakes NP) Before the visit to Plitvice Lakes National Park, we stop in the village of Rastoke, near Plitvice Lakes. A picturesque village dating back to the 17th century, on the rivers of Slunjcica and Korana, famous for its old water mills. We drive to Plitvice Lakes and spend the following next hours touring the beautiful lakes and waterfalls that are UNESCO natural World Heritage Site. Venice (Italy) - Slovenia – Istria - Zagreb Day 1: Venice (B) Arrival in Venice with a welcome and transfer to the hotel. If there is enough time, a walk around the city escorted by our guide. Day 2: Venice (B) Morning city tour with a walk around the labyrinth of channels and numerous bridges (more than 400 bridges), sightseeing of some of the most famous sights of Venice: St. Mark’s Square and Basilica, Doge’s Palace, Rialto Bridge... After the tour, free time to individually explore this beautiful city. Day 3: Venice - Piran (Slovenia) - Rovinj (Croatia) (B, D) Today is reserved for sightseeing of the towns Piran and Rovinj. Town of Rovinj started its romantic life on the island the confined space of which resulted in the construction of closebuilt houses, narrow streets and small squares, still untouched by modern urbanism. After seeing numerous sights, spend a free afternoon for your own activities. Overnight stay in Rovinj. Day 4: Rovinj - Istrian tour - Opatija (B, L, D) The Istrian tour begins with a drive around the peninsula consisting of beautiful medieval towns and stunning landscapes. Starting with Poreč and its Byzantine Euphrasian Basilica (UNESCO World Heritage), hills of Motovun town (lunch in a tavern) to Hum, the “smallest town in the world”. Day 5: Opatija - Plitvice lakes - Zagreb (B) Drive to continental Croatia to Plitvice Lakes – National Park protected by UNESCO. Croatia - UNESCO tour

Day 1: Zagreb (D) Welcome from our representative, transfer to the hotel. Short sightseeing and introduction to the city. A welcome dinner in a traditional Zagreb tavern with local specialties. Day 2: Zagreb - Kumrovec - Veliki Tabor - Krapina - Zagreb (B, L) Tour of Kumrovec Ethno Village, museum and the birthplace of one of the greatest statesmen of Europe and world, the legendary Tito, president of Yugoslavia. Following that, we visit Veliki Tabor Castle and have lunch (local specialties). After lunch we drive to Krapina and visit very interesting, new Krapina Neanderthal Museum rich in the latest exhibitions and technological achievements. After the tour and a short break, drive back to Zagreb. Day 3: Zagreb - Rastoke - Plitvice lakes - Zadar (B, D) Drive to Croatia’s mountain region and the National Park - Plitvice Lakes. Break in a picturesque village of Rastoke, known for its old water mills. After Rastoke, tour of Plitvice Lakes National Park: 16 beautiful lakes and numerous waterfalls protected by UNESCO. Drive to the city of Zadar and the Adriatic coast. Upon arrival to Zadar, accommodation in a hotel and walk around the city with the history dating back to the 6th century BC. Day 4: Zadar - Šibenik - Trogir - Split (B, D) Sightseeing of Zadar – Church of St. Donatus (from the 9th century – Zadar’s trademark), Church of St. Anastasia, Church of St. Chrysogonus, unique sea organ, Greeting to the Sun, Roman Forum... Drive to the city of Šibenik and sightseeing of the Cathedral of St. James (protected by UNESCO): the only cathedral in the entire Europe built completely of stone, without the use of mortar and wooden structural elements. We continue with the tour of the town of Trogir, also included in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites list. Overnight stay in the city of Split. Day 5: Split (B, D) After breakfast we visit the Diocletian’s Palace in the heart of Split, a residential palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian built 1,700 years ago, also the UNESCO World Heritage Site. After the tour, free time for individual sightseeing of this livery city and coffee or cocktail drinking on the waterfront overlooking the sea. Day 6: Split – Hvar (B, D) Ferry ride to the sunniest island of Croatia – Hvar. Upon arriving to Hvar, we will get to know the Stari Grad, one of the oldest towns in the country dating back to ancient Greeks, but also with the Stari Grad Plain, the latest site on the UNESCO World Heritage Sites list in Croatia, which is said to be a unique example of geometric land division system that was used in the ancient times. We stop in a famous winery to taste the award-winning wines of Hvar. Overnight stay in Hvar. Day 7: Hvar (B, D) A day to enjoy. Get to know the renaissance town of Hvar or simply relax with the sounds of crystal blue sea, lavender scents and glass of top quality wines of Hvar. Day 8: Hvar – Ston – Trsteno - Dubrovnik (B, D) Picturesque drive around the island to the place called Sućuraj and a ferry ride to the mainland. Break in a small town of Ston, where we will see the Walls of Ston, the second largest defence walls in the world, and enjoy the most delicious oysters in the world from a bay near Mali Ston. We will also visit the arboretum Trsteno, famous for its historic gardens, collection of Mediterranean and exotic plants and one of exceptional locations for the shooting of the famous TV series “Game of Thrones”. Overnight stay in Dubrovnik. Day 9: Dubrovnik (B, L, D) Today is reserved for exploration and enjoying in the city called the “Pearl of the Adriatic”, the old town of which is the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Dubrovnik is a city of magnificent palaces and impressive walls. Starting with the Onofrio’s Fountain to the city Bell Tower, each step along Stradun is a unique experience par excellence. Balkan tour – Croatia – Serbia – Bosnia & Herzegovina Day 1: Zagreb (D) Welcome from our representative, transfer to the hotel. Short tour and introduction to the city. A welcome dinner in a traditional Zagreb tavern with local specialties. Day 2: Zagreb - Ilok - Novi Sad - Belgrade (B, L) Visit to Ilok cellars – the biggest and most famous wine cellars in Croatia. Tour of the vineyard with a tourist train and visit to Ilok Museum. After lunch, departure for Novi Sad – the second largest city in Serbia known for its nickname “Serbian Athens”. Tour of the city and Petrovaradin Fortress with a beautiful view of the city. Overnight stay in Belgrade. Day 3: Belgrade (B, L) Sightseeing of Serbia’s capital and Kalemegdan Fortress with the panorama of the city and confluence of Sava and Danube Rivers. After a traditional Serbian lunch, we visit the Nikola Tesla Museum and the Memorial Centre of Josip Broz Tito, a former Yugoslav president. Day 4: Belgrade - Tuzla - Sarajevo (B, L) After Belgrade, we visit Tuzla, a city known for salt found in the depths of the earth, the result of drying up of the Pannonian Sea, pulled from the depths and turned into small salty Pannonian lakes near the city in 2003. After lunch, a drive to the charming capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sarajevo. Day 5: Sarajevo (B) Tour of the city with a great legacy of the Ottoman architecture and that was under siege for 4 years. Sightseeing of: Baščaršija Old Town, Bey’s Mosque, Emperor’s Mosque, Cathedral, synagogue. Visit to the Tunnel of Life – the only connection with the “outer” world during the city’s occupation, story about the war Sarajevo and struggle for survival. Free time to enjoy the traditional flavours of Sarajevo: ćevapi, coffee, pastries... Day 6: Sarajevo - Mostar - Medjugorje - Dubrovnik (B, L, D) Tour of a Turkish city of Mostar and free time. On the way to Medjugorje, we stop to visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site – a fortified town of Počitelj. Arrival to Medjugorje – a famous Marian pilgrimage site and a story about its history. Lunch in Herceg Ethno village near Medjugorje, a tourist complex built in a traditional village style consisting of 50 stone buildings. Overnight stay in Dubrovnik. Day 7: Dubrovnik (B, L, D) Today is reserved to visit and enjoy the town called the Pearl of the Adriatic from ancient times, the old town of which is a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site. Starting with the Onofrio’s Fountain to the city Bell Tower, each step along Stradun is a unique experience par excellence. After sightseeing, lunch and free time for individual exploration of the city. Day 8: Dubrovnik - Ston - Split (B, D) On the way to the north, we stop in a small town of Ston, where we visit the Walls of Ston, second largest defensive walls in the world, and enjoy the most delicious oysters in the world from a bay near Mali Ston. Drive towards the Lake Skadar National Park – lake of an outstanding beauty that lies on the border of Montenegro and Albania. Day 9: Budva - Kotor - Boka Kotorska - Dubrovnik (B, D) Short tour of Budva. Day 8: Split (B) Breakfast. After 8 wonderful days, transfer to Split Airport and farewell from Croatia until the next time. Capitals of Central Europe Vienna, Bratislava, Budapest, Belgrade, Zagreb, Ljubljana Day 1: Vienna Welcome to Vienna, the capital of the Republic of Austria and our first capital of our journey. Welcome in the airport and transfer to the hotel with the panoramic drive by bus: Ring, Opera, Parliament, Ratthaus (City Hall), house of the famous architect Hundertwasser... Overnight stay. Day 2: Vienna (B) After breakfast, walk around the city centre: Kärtnerstrasse, St. Stephen’s Cathedral, Graben, Hofburg... Break for lunch. In the afternoon we go to Schönbrunn Palace. Free time. Overnight stay. Day 3: Vienna – Bratislava (B, D) In the centre of Vienna we go down to the Danube and leave the city by a romantic boat ride to Bratislava. Our luggage reaches the hotel by bus. Upon arriving to Bratislava, we disembark in the centre and go on the city tour: historical Castle located 100 m above the Danube, and visit to other attractions: St. Michael’s Gate, St. Martin’s Cathedral, the most prominent Gothic building from the 14th century, Central Square with Roland’s fountain, Old Town Hall, National Theatre... Free time. In the evening, joint departure for dinner in a typical Slovak pub. Day 4: Bratislava – Budapest (B, D) Upon arrival to Budapest, we go first to Buda, visit the Fisherman’s Bastion and King Matthias Church. We proceed to the historical part of the city (Pest): Parliament, Heroes’ Square, St. Stephen’s Basilica... Free time to visit the famous Gerbaud confectionary or walk around the shopping Váci Street. We proceed for a boat ride along the Danube and enjoy in the river impression of the Hungarian capital with a glass of champagne. In the evening, joint departure for a dinner in a csárda. Day 5: Budapest – Novi Sad – Belgrade (B) We leave Budapest and drive towards Serbia. On our way we stop in Novi Sad - the second largest city in Serbia known for its nickname “Serbian Athens”. Sightseeing of the city and Petrovaradin Fortress with a beautiful view of the city. Our journey proceeds with a drive to Serbia’s capital– Belgrade. Overnight stay. Day 6: Belgrade (B, L) Tour of the city and Kalemegdan Fortress with the panorama of the city and confluence of the Sava and Danube Rivers. After a traditional Serbian lunch, we visit the Nikola Tesla Museum and the Memorial Centre of Josip Broz Tito, a former Yugoslav president. Day 7: Belgrade – Ilok – Zagreb (B, L, D) After breakfast, we leave for Croatia and our first stop is Slavonian region with Ilok cellars - the biggest and most famous wine cellars in Croatia. Tour of the vineyard with a tourist train, visit to Ilok Museum and wine cellars. After lunch, we drive to Zagreb. Accommodation in the hotel and short walk around the city centre with a traditional dinner in a tavern.

Day 8: Zagreb – Ljubljana (B) Tour of Zagreb – Upper and Lower Town and main attractions. Free time. Continuation of our journey to charming Ljubljana – Slovenia’s capital. Walking tour of the city: attractions along Ljubljanca River, bridges, preserved Baroque and Art Nouveau buildings. Short break and departure for the Castle Hill with a beautiful view of the city. Overnight stay. Day 9: Ljubljana – Lake Bled – Lake Bohinj – Vienna (B, L) We proceed to Bled, a magical alpine tourist resort with a stunning mountain lake and a small island in the middle and Bled Castle, a fortress located on a steep cliff, 130 meters above the Lake Bled. After a traditional Bled lunch and famous cream pastry kremšnita, short visit of the second crystal clear Lake Bohinj near Bled. We continue our journey to Vienna. Day 10: Vienna (B) This is the last day of our adventure around the Central European capitals. Farewell with the transfer to the airport.
