Public art is a key element of Waterfall: Mika Utzon Popov, grandson of Sydney Opera House architect Jørn Utzon, is creating a large-scale artwork integrated in the design. The interiors offer fresh, natural modern luxury, utilising stone, timber and subtle hues. Natural luxury resonates through the communal spaces as well, including a tranquil recreational deck, an Infinity rooftop pool and a secluded bamboo-covered walkway. Residents will also enjoy a state-of-theart cantilevered gym, a rooftop cinema, function room with a catering kitchen, music room, and onsite retail.
