For Immediate Release CROWN GROUP TO UNVEIL SYDNEY’S NEW EAST WITH ‘EASTLAKES LIVE’ – A BILLION DOLLAR REVITALIZATION OF EASTLAKES NEW TOWN CENTRE (Sydney, Australia) Tuesday May 1, 2018 – Multi award-winning Australian property developer Crown Group will officially unveil its much-anticipated billion-dollar Eastlakes Live development from 6.00pm this Wednesday night (May 2) at a star studded red-carpet event at The Star in Sydney. The evening will be a celebration of innovation and design and is expected to be a full house. More than 1,400 guests who RSVP’ed their attendance within 3 days of the booking registration being opened. VIP’s include Australian recording artist Natalie Bassingthwaighte, former Bachelor contestant Tim Robards, Sydney socialite Roxy Jacenko and husband Oliver Curtis and TV legend John Mangos who will MC the night. Guests will be treated to a red-carpet arrival, live entertainment and unique brand activations with the nights festivities all building towards the pièce de résistance – the unveiling of Crown Groups largest ever model development made to date which will be dramatically revealed to officially unveil Eastlakes Live and the surrounding precinct; giving guests the first look at a bold vision for Sydney’s new East from Crown Group Chairman and Group CEO Iwan Sunito, who is the driving force behind many urban developments currently shaping the future of Sydney. Eastlakes Live is Crown Group’s newest and most ambitious development to date. The $1 billion development is set to revitalize Sydney’s oldest shopping centre, Eastlakes, and its neighbourhood into a vibrant urban hub that blends the surrounding environment with the area’s rich cultural heritage. With 400 high-end residences, carefully curated retailers, hand-picked restaurants and cafes, manicured parks and children’s playgrounds, Eastlakes Live is set to define the vision of future living in Sydney’s East and beyond. The development will be visualised through an intricate three-dimensional model and brought to life with a presentation by its renowned Design Director Richard Francis-Jones of the prestigious fjmt architects. Mr. Sunito said the event would be unlike any other in the industry, attracting the cream of Sydney’s property, design and architectural worlds to rub shoulders with VIPs and performing artists. “With Eastlakes Live, we’re defining the community of the future, the way of future living, connecting people together to create a place where residents can live, shop and play all in the one place,” said Mr. Sunito. We want to create a great place for people, a precinct, an urban hub, a vibrant community and a destination in its own right; and we are thrilled to be unveiling this unique offering to such a diverse and influential crowd this Wednesday night.” Eastlakes Live aims to set a new standard for retail excellence with two major supermarkets with fresh food offerings reflecting the diversity of the neighbourhood, a restaurant promenade, street cafes, a medical centre, as well as densely-landscaped gardens and children’s play areas. Stage One of the Eastlakes Live development will include 134 luxury apartments ranging from onebedroom apartments to penthouses and 12 retail outlets, with sales beginning in June 2018 and expected construction completion in 2021. Crown Group is now accepting expressions of interest from prospective buyers. Stage Two of Eastlakes Live will complete the new town centre with a mix of residential and retail components, with details still to be announced.
