GSA Keynote: Current and Future Plans/Requirements for Cloud Computing David McClure, Associate Administrator of the Office of Citizen Services and Communications   Government agencies are moving to "Smart Cloud" decisions matched to business needs and funding priorities.  The crashing intersections of data driven management, big data, and analytic software with cloud computing are creating new opportunities for government agencies to increase performance.
