Professional experiences Deputy project manager – Steering of metal parts transfers in order to reduce recurring costs Stelia Aerospace (Airbus Group) via MI-GSO February 2016 - March 2018 (Saint-Nazaire, France)  Definition and update of transfer perimeters for 10 000 parts of Airbus A350 according to the industrial strategy and frequent changes of configuration: 40 transfers having undergone 5 updates on average  Creation and upgrading progress monitoring and costs RC & NRC tracking tools because of a new approach in Stelia Aerospace  Automatization of low added value tasks and setting up routines to be able to answer analysis requests in less than 24h from my hierarchy during an emergency  Getting in touch with project’s participants to set common rules to share data, which eased communication and also cut my processing time by a third  Following an unexpected event less than 3 months after starting work, successful resumption in emergency of a part of my manager’s workload, which avoided his temporary replacement  On 5 000 monitored parts, 89% have been industrialised by the new supplier, 63% of which are now delivered  Project success acknowledged: model perpetuation under the shape of a new Program branch, accountable for the transfer of 30 000 parts of Airbus A320, A330, A350, A380, A400M and Bombardier G7000/8000 Assistant project manager - Innovative products and services elaboration in the aeronautics field Safran Landing Systems (Safran Group) October 2014 - October 2015 (Paris area, France) Training for employment contract  Business cases elaboration with technical experts to check economic viability of new products  Set up of a thinking process around new services creation and services portfolio easing using Design Thinking methods and tools: Business Model Canvas, 6-pack, 7-slides summary  Ideas collection through 17 face-to-face interviews followed by 3 brainstorming sessions with 5 to 10 people, then ideas selection during 3 seminars with 10 to 20 people  This thinking process made it possible to generate roadmaps for 4 major axis including 18 detailed ideas and to engage their development in concerned services
