The Promoter is running a promotion whereby every photo that includes one of either the Currumbin RSL or Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary Koala statues and using the other terms stated in the competition, is posted on instagram, Facebook or Twitter using the hashtag #CurrumbinKoalas and is shared with friends/family by 12pm March 21 will be deemed eligible to win First Prize: a family pass to the 2017 ANZAC Day Eve Symbolic Sleep Out; Second Prize, a family pass to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. 2. The Promotion commences at 5.00pm on 20 February 2017 and finishes at 11.59am on 21 March 2017 (“Promotional Period”). 3. Winner judged on the most creative photo that is shared with their friends and family on social media (Facebook, Instagram or Twitter) 4. The winners will be notified via Currumbin RSL ANZAC Day Dawn Service Facebook Page on Tuesday 21 March 2017 and asked to private message their contact details and also receive the Promoters contact details. 5. The winners of either prize are still subject to the conditions of entry 6. Please note that the Promoter must be contacted by the winner within one week of the winner’s announcement 7. The Prize of a Family Pass to the ANZAC Day Eve Symbolic Sleep Out includes 2 adults and 2 children (a child is considered someone aged between 3 and 14 years). Any other member joining the group must pay the full ticket price for their age group*. Prize valued at $178 8. The Prize of a Family Pass to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary includes 2 adults and 2 children valued at $137 9. *Please note there are limited tickets available for the Symbolic Sleep Out therefore any guests wishing to join the winners and purchase tickets most note these tickets are subject to availability. 10. Posting a photo with the hashtag #CurrumbinKoalas is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 11. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to modify, suspend, reschedule, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate. 12. The winner accepts and uses the Prize entirely at their own risk and indemnifies the Promoter, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Facebook Inc, Instagram Inc and Twitter Inc in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the Prize. 13. No liability will be accepted by the Promoter for the loss of social media entries 14. By entering this competition the Promoter reserves the right to use these images for marketing purposes.
15. Directors, Management and Staff of Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and the Promoter and their subsidiary businesses are not eligible to enter the promotion. 16. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter Inc (including their directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or death, economic loss or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any act or omission of the Promoter or Facebook Inc or its associated agencies. 17.
