YIDA POPULATION STATISTICS AS OF FEBRUARY 24 WEEKLY STATISTICS Weekly registration: 18-24 Feb.-2013 ❶ During the current week (18-24 Feb.) 1.315 individuals have been registered; ❷ 27 out of 1.315 are newborns. ❸ 59.24% of new arrivals are minors and 40.76% are above 18 years. ❹ 51.56% are female, 48.44% are male; ❺ Rejections: 38 individuals have been rejected for the following reasons: - 17 recyclers; - 6 active combatant; - 8 back and forth / visitors; - 3 not of concern (Darfurians coming straight from Darfur); - 4 conflicting information. ❻ Tranfers: - 12 to Nyeel (previously registered in Yida) ❼Majority of new arrivals come from Umdoreen and Heban county followed by Al Boram.
