The Board of Dale Capital wishes to thank Mr. Norman Noland for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure as Executive Chairman. Mr. Alan Keet is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He was the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of Nolands (Cape Town and South Africa), where he served his articles and subsequently became a partner in 1998. During this time, he served on several boards gaining experience in varied industries from property funds to insurance underwriters and various service industries. He subsequently joined Grand Parade Investments Limited, a listed Company on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in April 2012, as CEO.
