Dare to Dream Big

Brandon: I readjusted this layout to better fit the formatting needed when I print. If you will just keep Dr. Brandon Park | February 5, 2017 all your text within the blue margin lines on this page, I shouldn’t have any more issues ☺. Thanks! Most believers aren't in imminent danger of ruining their lives. They're facing a danger that's far greater: __________________ their lives. When you dream big, God will empower you with 3 things: 1. The __________________ to know that nothing is impossible with Him. 2. The _______________ to see the next step he is calling you to take. 3. The __________________ to do anything he tells you to do. Everyone ends up somewhere. But few people end up somewhere on ______________. Proverbs 29:18 says, "Where there is no vision, the people perish." When you fail to ________, you plan to _________ (Proverbs 14:22-23). The purpose of any plan is success. For a Christian, success means _____________ in the will of God and _________________ who God wants us to be. Five areas where we need to “dream big”:

1. Your ___________________ with ________

Acts 17:28 says, "In Him we live, and move, and have our being" (See also Revelation 3:15-16). Hebrews 2:1 warns us, "We must pay careful attention, therefore, to what we have heard, so that we do not drift away." Where there is no vision for our relationship with God, we tend to _________ _______ from Him. The Principle of Compound Motion: when ______ move, ________ moves too (James 4:8). Ask yourself these questions: 1. What spiritual ______________ best help you experience God? 2. What ________________ are hindering you from experiencing God? (Psalm 24:4-5).

2. Your relationships with _____________

Where there is no vision for our relationships with people, those relationships will ____________ and _____________. Every relationship ends up somewhere, but few relationships end up somewhere on purpose. Here are 4 questions to help you grasp God’s dream for your relationships: 1. What relationship needs to be ________________? (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10; James 4:2) 2. What relationship needs to be ________________? (Galatians 5:13-15) 3. What relationship needs to be ________________? (Colossians 3:13) 4. What relationship needs to be ________________? (1 Corinthians 15:33)

3. Your _________________

When it comes to finances, everyone ends up somewhere. But few people end up somewhere on purpose. Money matters to God because it reveals our values and the direction of our affection. Where do you think God wants you to be financially one year from now? Would He have you eliminate some debt? Pay off your credit cards? Establish a savings account? Create and live by a budget? Change some spending habits? How about in five years? Does He want you to have money put aside for a large expense you would otherwise buy with credit? Perhaps in five years you could be free of all debt. Maybe you will give 15% of your income instead of 10%? Where there is no financial vision, most people end up in the ____________.

4. Your ______________ _____________

Read 1 Corinthians 6:19–20; Romans 7:15. Where there is no vision for our physical health, our bodies get out of __________ and _____ us. Discipline is doing what I can do today, to enable me to do _____________ what I can't do today. Ephesians 5:29 says, "No one ever hated his own body, but he feeds and cares for it, just as Christ does the church." We must ask ourselves two questions: 1. How will you __________ your body? 2. How will you __________ for your body?

5. Your life's ___________

Two questions to answer: 1.) If ______________ were no object and you could do anything you wanted for the rest of your life, what would you do? 2.) Besides ministering to those most important to you, what is the number one thing that you believe God wants to ________________ through you?
