TITLE:

Data Entry Manager I, II, III

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent 2. Age 18 or older 3. Any combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job. 4. Data Entry Manager III - Minimum of 6 months experience in the operation of a school’s information system and related software. Data Entry Manager II – Two years of progressively responsible related experience in the operation of a school’s information system and related software. Data Entry Manager I – Four years of progressively responsible related experience in the operation of a school’s information system and related software.

REPORTS TO:

As assigned on current organizational chart

SUPERVISES:

PERSONNEL: As assigned on current organizational chart

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Performs all office functions that may include filing, bookkeeping, records maintenance, and basic statistical and accounting applications by means of standard office practices and/or computer applications. 2. Knowledge of business English, punctuation, spelling, and general mathematical skills for the purpose of preparing clear, concise and often complex reports. 3. Knowledge of specific school board policies and procedures and associated state law governing the maintenance of school records 4. Prepares information for student, school, district and state level reports in a timely manner. 5. Maintains strict confidentiality of accessible information including security of the student data system. 6. Interacts with the general public and fellow employees providing support by means of instructions, information and assistance as needed. 7. Skill in planning, prioritizing, scheduling, and completing multiple work assignments, such as data entry, quality assurance and reporting. 8. Assures data accuracy and integrity. 9. Performs other related duties as assigned by employer. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Twelve months Data Entry Manager III, Pay grade 21 Data Entry Manager II, Pay grade 25 Data Entry Manager I, Pay grade 30

Performance will be evaluated annually in accordance with the Board’s policies.
