Qualification : (For Post Code 01 ) Essential: (1) First Class Master’s Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant management related discipline or first class in two year full time PGDM declared equivalent by AIU / accredited by the AICTE / UGC OR (2) First Class graduate and professionally qualified Chartered Accountant /Cost and Works Accountant/ Company Secret ary of the concerned statutory bodies. (ii) Desirable: (1) Teaching, research, industrial and / or professional experience in a reputed organizati on; (2) Papers presented at Conferences and / or published in refereed journals. Preference will be given to those candidates who have specialization in Marketing. Qualification : (For Post Code 02) Good Academic record with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade of B in the 7 point scale with letter grades O, A, B, C, D, E & F at the Master’s degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a foreign University . *NET MANDATORY Desirable: Doctoral degree in the relevant subject. Qualification : (For Post Code 03 ) Good Academic record with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade of B in the 7 point scale with letter grades O, A, B, C, D, E & F at the Master’s degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a foreign University. *NET MANDATORY Desirable: Doctoral degree in the relevant subject. Preference will be given to those candidates who have Master’s degree in Home Science/M.Tech. in Food Processing & Preservations and having Teaching or Industrial experience in Food and Agro based Industry. Qualification : (For Post Code No. 04 ) Good Academic record with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade of B in the 7 point scale with letter grades O, A, B, C, D, E & F at the Master’s degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a foreign University. *NET MANDATORY Desirable: Doctoral degree in the relevant subject. Preference will be given to those candidates who have Master’s degree in Home Science/M.Tech. in Textile & Clothing/Apparel & Fabric Science and having Teaching or Industrial experience in Apparel Manufacturing Unit or Industry. Qualification : (For Post Code No. 05 ) : (i) Good academic record with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines.(ii) A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade of B in the 7 point scale with letter grades O, A, B, C, D, E & F). (iii) A Minimum of eight years experience in teaching, research and / or research in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Assista nt Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution/Industry excluding the period of Ph.D. research with ev idence of published work and a minimum of 5 publications as books and/or research/policy papers.(iv) Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology-mediated teaching learning process with evidence of having guided doctoral candidates and research students. (v) A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) base d Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS), set out as per UGC Regulations. *Note: NET/SLET/SET shall remain the minimum eligibility condition for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor in the Institute. Provided however, that candidates who are or have been awarded a Ph.D. degree in accordance with the “University Grants Commission (minimum standards and procedure for award of Ph.D. Degree), Regulation 2009, shall be exempted from the requireme nt of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor or equivalent positions in the Institute”. #Qualification & Emolument: (For Post Code No. 06) : As per UGC norms/guidelines for B.Voc with relevant Industrial experience at least 5 years. Consolidated emoluments shall be equal to monthly starting gross salary of regular appointed Associate/Assistant Professor.

The Institute reserves the right to fill or not to fill any of the posts, without giving any reason whatsoever. The Institute may also give appointment as Guest / Part-time teachers/Contractual basis as per UGC Guidelines. The number of posts may vary depending on exigencies. The Institute reserves the right to alter/modify any condition at any stage.
