Prize Details:

There are 3 (three) prizes. The winner will receive a Spin Master Zoomer Show Ponies. Restrictions  Prize not suitable for anyone under 3 (three) years of age.  Disney will moderate all entries and reserves the right not to accept entries which do not match technical requirements, contain inappropriate material or breach any of Disney’s Competition Rules.  Only 1 (one) entry accepted per person per post.

Prize Fulfilment:

You will receive your prize within 28 (twenty-eight) days of the Acceptance Date. Please note due to the seasonal period, there may be a delay in receiving your Prize.

Selection Process:

Following the Close Date, up to 3 (three) winners will be selected randomly from all valid and correct entries received.

BY PARTICIPATING YOU AGREE TO THE REQUIREMENTS SET OUT IN ALL PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS AND THE FOLLOWING GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1.

This promotion is open to Residents in the Age Group only. Not open to employees (or their immediate families) of Disney, its agencies or anyone else professionally associated with this competition.

Only 1 (one) entry per person unless otherwise stated above. Entries via agents or third parties or use of multiple identities/ email addresses social media accounts are not permitted. Use of automated entries or programs is prohibited and all such entries will be disqualified. Not open to employees (or their immediate families) of Disney, its agencies or anyone else professionally associated with this competition. Disney reserves the right at any time to request proof of identity or to verify eligibility conditions and to award any prize to the winner in person. Disney shall not be responsible for any third party content available/uploaded to the Social Media Platforms.

If at any point during the competition process we require a response from any winner (or their parent or guardian) before awarding any prize and no response is received after we have made reasonable efforts to make contact (or by the dates listed under the competition rules above), or: (a) a winner (or their parent or guardian) declines to accept the prize or; (b) Disney is unable to contact the winner’s parent or guardian, or; (c) the requested documentation stated in the competition rules is not received Disney by the requested date and time, or; (d) the winner becomes unavailable; Disney reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute winner chosen at the same time as the first name(s) are selected or judged to be a winner. Any prize which is returned or cannot be delivered will be used for another competition or given to charity. Disney has no responsibility to anyone who has not responded. Disney cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to its Social Media Platforms and is not responsible for any disruption to the competition or the Social Media Platforms due to technical problems or otherwise due to events outside of its reasonable control.

Disney has arranged this promotion in good faith but, to the fullest extent allowed by law, accepts no responsibility for loss or damages as a result of anyone participating in the competition or any aspect of any prize awarded. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. In the unlikely event that the prize becomes unavailable, Disney reserves the right to substitute the prize.

Disney reserves the right to disqualify: (a) late, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, lost, illegible or invalid entries; (b) entries where appropriate parental authorisation is or was not provided; (c) entries where entrants or Parents, without Disney’s prior written consent, publicises (including, without limitation publication on blogs and social networks) or discusses with any third party any information relating to the competition (including without limitation information in relation to the competition or Disney), except where such information is already public knowledge; (d) where requested, entrants who fail to disclose in writing full details of any and all criminal or civil proceedings/actions pending, proceedings served and/or convictions unspent as at the date of opening of the competition; (e) entrant(s) who become unwell immediately prior to or during the prize fulfilment and Disney feels the entrant(s) should not proceed; or, (f) entrants whose conduct (and/or whose Parent’s conduct) during the competition may disrupt the prize fulfilment or Vlog-SpinMasterShowPonies_YouTube 221117 FINAL 2

Entrants accept that if they win, Disney will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their /Gmail/YouTube username, first name, first letter of surname, age and town/city for the purposes of announcing the winner of this competition and the winner and their friends or other guests may be required to participate in eventrelated publicity.

No purchase necessary. Disney's decision to select any winner is final, no correspondence will be entered into.

Disney reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the competition or extend or resume the entry period or disqualify any participant at any time without giving advance notice and will do so if it cannot be guaranteed that the competition can be carried out fairly or correctly for technical, legal or other reasons or if Disney suspects that any person has been manipulating entries or the results, or has provided false information or has acted unethically in any other way.

By entering the competition you (and your Parent if you are under 18 (eighteen) confirm (a) that you and they are the owner of the entry submitted, (b) the entry does not knowingly copy or infringe the rights of any other person and (c) Disney is permitted to reproduce and use the entry submitted by you online and publishing channels and social media platforms) anywhere in the world and without a time limit (and/or in accordance with the Disney Release Form signed by you or your Parent, if required) in order to carry out the competition and select winners (which may include publishing your personal information and your entry for a public vote to select finalists or the winner and any runnersup) and for any and all related promotional purposes to promote the competition and to promote Disney (including any partner sponsor).

Personal information will be used to administer entries, to inform winners and for distribution of prizes. Personal information will only be used for marketing purposes if you have consented to receive future marketing from Disney.
