Dear Candidate: We respectfully request your participation in a candidate survey for the 2016 United States Presidential Election. Center for Arizona Policy is a nonpartisan, nonprofit, pro-family research and education organization dedicated to strengthening Arizona’s families. We anticipate reaching one million or more voters this primary and general election season with the 2016 Voter Guide. Our organization’s goal is to inform citizens of candidates’ positions on a variety of issues likely to be addressed while in office. Voters in Arizona look to Center for Arizona Policy for the information they want about where candidates stand on the key issues of our day. Please note that our organization does not endorse or oppose candidates for elective office. Surveys are being sent to every candidate in your race. Your responses will be compiled and made available through our published and communicated nonpartisan Voter Guide. The Guide will be made available to families throughout the Presidential primary and general election. In order to make the survey results available for voters as close to the beginning of the early balloting period as possible, we respectfully request you complete and return the survey no later than Tuesday, January 5, 2016. Please fax a copy of the completed survey to us at 602.424.2530 or scan and email your responses to

If we do not receive a response from you, the Voter Guide will list you as a candidate for the office sought, a notation that you declined to respond, and your campaign contact information. Center for Arizona Policy may develop biographical information and position statements based on a candidate’s voting records, public statements, campaign materials, or other credible sources. Please note that you are welcome to add comments to your response. Any comments will be made available online and/or by request. Comments only up to 25 words will be published.
