Stop Harmful Medicare Experiment

Congresswoman Comstock is working to stop imminent harmful changes to Medicare Part B that threaten access to doctors’ services and outpatient care. These changes, developed by the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation with no input from beneficiaries or providers, would have devastating consequences for America’s most vulnerable seniors. Passage of H.R. 5122 will block implementation of this experimental policy, saving seniors from cuts to their Medicare benefits.
The Independent Payment Advisory Board is a panel of unaccountable bureaucrats that may soon control your Medicare benefits. H.R. 1190, the Protecting Seniors’ Access to Medicare Act, blocks these bureaucrats from dictating your care. We need Congresswoman Comstock’s continued support to repeal this bureaucratic board, keeping Congress in control of Medicare spending. As Congress finishes its legislative work, we need to encourage final action to stop these threats to Medicare.
