INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE STAR WARS COSTUME DESIGN CONTEST: 1. Print out any of the following templates to start, or begin with a blank page. You only have to submit one design. 2. Use any medium you prefer (pencil, pen, crayon, paint, watercolor, etc.) to design a wheelchair costume themed after any Star Wars movie, TV, Book, Comic, etc. 3. After completed, submit the design to Walkin’ & Rollin’ Costumes by December 15th, before Star Wars - Rogue One releases in theaters, by scanning your design and send it to
[email protected] with the subject line, “Star Wars Themed Wheelchair Costume.” 4. Be sure to include your contact info when you submit your design: name, email, address and age (to know which category to include your design) so we can contact you if you are one of the winning designs. Shortly after the deadline, we will post all of the submissions on our Facebook page including the top three designs in each age group, chosen by the Walkin’ & Rollin’ Costumes team. There are 2 age groups for entries. Ages 1-13 and ages 14 and up. Those top three winners in each age group will receive special gifts from Walkin’ & Rollin’ Costumes.
