We will partner  with you to make you successful in our organization.   / DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Interpret and evaluate customer needs related to kitchen/bath inquiries. Stimulate sales by creating innovative,  functional, aesthetically pleasing design solutions that meet customer’s budget and design directive. Field  measure space with detailed information to accurately translate into computer generated drawings and  renderings. Apply knowledge of construction materials/practices to best execute plan. Prepare perfectly  accurate quotes to include material selections and labor estimates. Communicate with installers to establish  project start date and timely execution of project. Provide courteous and interactive support throughout the  project to customer and installers; troubleshoot any concerns. Maintain accurate records for internal job  processing and final cost analysis. Help cover showroom hours as coordinated. Interact with and support other  employees and contribute to a positive working environment. Treat coworkers and customers alike with the  Golden Rule.   Responsibilities to also include, but not limited to, sales greeter, administrative work, sales and various tasks  assigned by management. Sales projects can also include smaller quick projects, i.e., countertops,  backsplashes, appliance sales, small remodel projects, etc.    Set and achieve approved sales goal for the year. Follow up on leads to increase overall sales. Develop  business partner prospects to gain repeat business. Generate new leads.  Keep current on latest design trends, tools and educational offerings by attending webinars, seminars, and  networking events and reading industry magazines and web articles.
