Jane Shackell QC is a Partner in the Vancouver office of Miller Thomson LLP. She has practiced since 1985, advising senior executive teams and corporate boards on mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, partnerships, governance, and other business matters. She is one of BC’s foremost Fairness Advisors, having served the Project Boards for many of our largest infrastructure projects. Previously, Ying worked on direct and fund investments at Teachers’ Private Capital. Dr. Judy Zaichkowsky is a University Professor and Professor of Marketing in the Beedie School of Business Administration, Simon Fraser University. She received her Ph.D. from UCLA in marketing, with minors in psychology and statistics.
