Letter from the Chief Diversity Officer Diversity and inclusion is the way we do business at McGraw Hill Financial. We made tremendous progress with diversity and inclusion initiatives in 2013. We are tracking our growth and continue to offer valuable programs to our employees worldwide. Our world class D&I Council includes senior executives from all of our business units. The members of the Council are working with their counterparts to ensure that MHFI reflects the communities where we operate. In addition, we have joined with other centers of expertise like Talent Acquisition to ensure that we attract, develop, and retain diverse talent at every level of the organization. Our amazing employee resource groups continue to inspire and engage our workforce by offering programs and activities that enhance talent development and promote innovation.
