Submissions after Friday, 9th December 2016 will not be accepted.
•
Audition Video submissions may not be longer than 2 (two) minutes.
•
Audition Video submissions will not need to be a full performance, but rather a sample performance of their audition.
•
All applications will be reviewed and notified on 16th December, 2016 if they have qualified to perform in New Zealand 2017 Life Unlocked Celebration national event.
Terms and Conditions: 1. All Entries must be committed to attending all audition events up to and including 2017 Asia Pacific convention at their own expense. 2. Must be an Associate to enter. 3. Maximum ONE entry per USANA team or Individual entry representing their USANA team. 4. Entries may be Entertainers, Singers or Performers. (Maximum 6 people per group) 5. USANA will not provide sound equipment or musical instruments. Performers need to supply their own music at local and regional events leading up to convention. 6. Winners will be selected at each audition by Audience and judges (this is at country discretion). 7. You accept that USANA Corporate decisions are final should a decision need to be made and will override those auditioning. 8. You acknowledge that USANA Corporate and the production team will have consent given by you to photograph, video, film or record you and may publish any materials without restriction.
