Step 1 MELT
Melt the White Arctic Chocolate and divide amongst three bowls.
Step 2 COLOUR
Colour Each Bowl your desired colour with Americolor Candy Colours (you must use an oil based colouring for chocolate). It is a strong colouring so you just need a couple of drops to obtain a nice pastel colour or a few more drops to deepen the colour.
Step 3 dip
Once you have coloured chocolate dip each donut in the chocolate. Allow to settle.
Step 4 decorate
Decorate with Jimmies or sprinkles and to decorate with even more delicious chocolate, melt a little of the White Arctic, place in a Sweetliner Bag with tip already inserted and decorate with white chocolate patterns.
If you still have chocolate left in the bag simply attached the cover to the end of the nozzle and keep in the fridge for next time. Sweetliners come with a nozzle and cover for each disposable icing bag! Once all your donuts are decorated, taste and enjoy!
