Entries will only be accepted on Facebook and/or Twitter and/or Instagram. Entrants may only enter once per social media channel daily. One winner will be randomly selected and announced each afternoon during 12 Days of Giving. The winner will be contacted through Facebook and/or Twitter and/or Instagram to make arrangements to claim their prize. The value of each prize is less than $250. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. You are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. The information you provide will only be used for this promotion. ELIGIBILITY: 12 Days of Giving is only open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. PRIZE AND ODDS OF WINNING: The value of each prize is less than $250. This item is not returnable or redeemable for cash and has no implied warranties. If this item is lost, stolen or damaged, it will not be replaced. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. No substitution, barter, transfer, or assignment of prize permitted. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified the afternoon of the social media post. At Sponsor’s discretion, the prize may be distributed through the United States Postal Service, FedEx or UPS, through Gyft via email or picked up at a Busey branch. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By entering 12 Days of Giving, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their names, cities and states of residence and images/likeness for advertising and promotion purposes for this and similar promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.
